NOVEMBER 12TH – 16TH
Week 2: Rachel Burn presents Threshold, Kimberley Clarke presents InTransit and Lanre Malaolu & Jared Garfield (Protocol) presents The Experiment.
These 2 weeks of dance during Emerge 13 will be a fantastic opportunity for the dance and performing arts community to see some exciting emerging choreographers while also creating an insight into the world of dance movement for audiences who have never seen dance before.
Emerge 13, was a concept by Adam Towndrow developed by Annie-Lunnette Deakin-Foster and Adam Hemmings. The platform is one of the most unique choreographic opportunities available in the UK, offering a choreographer a 5- night run in London, choreographic mentoring, allocated free rehearsal space and technical support. This allows the emerging choreographer time to develop their idea while giving their piece time and space to grow and develop during the run.
